Fine Home Contracting Kitchen Cost Guide

1) Reinventing the Remodeling Experience

Before we can formulate a basic budget, you will first need to choose the following:

  • Basic layout
  • Countertop material (solid surface, laminate)
  • Sink (double, single, apron)
  • Appliances (*nonstandard size appliances need to be placed first so that cabinets can be designed around them)
  • Cabinet door style and color
  • Cabinet Pulls (knobs, handles)
  • Backsplash (subway mosaic, other)
  • Undercabinet lighting
  • Work lighting (recessed, ceiling surface)
  • Flooring (laminate, tile, hardwood)

After we have a basic idea of what you are looking for, we will then determine the approximate cost of your selection and develop a budget tailored to your project.

2) The Design

Once we have determined your idea of style and finishes, the excitement of the designing phase can start. Our designing software allows us to adjust various finishes and colors in 3D rendering so you can truly envision what your new kitchen will look like.

3) Planning

  • Contract signed with allowances for cabinets
  • Design work starts

4) Finalization (3-5 weeks)

  • Design is finalized and cabinets go into production
  • All finished and fixtures are picked up and finalized
  • Cabinets are delivered and inspected

5) Remodel Begins
